Billing and Refund policy

We accept only PayPal payments. Disputes and refunds are available in the first 24 Hours of your purchase only if it is a web host.
Apart from that refunds will only be provided if there are technical / service issues from our side such as extensive downtime and more.
The user is in charge of all of his or her data which are on the servers, so the user agrees to keep an updated and detailed copy of the files on the server at all times. The user agrees not to press charges, complain about us. Hostar is not in charge of any of the files on the servers, for any loss of data the user will not be able to press charges against Hostar. Hostar is not responsible for the data of the servers after they expire.

Fair use Policy

The following activites are not allowed on our services:

• Pishing / Scam sites.
• DDOS/DOS attacks and activites.
• BotNet or RAT Hosting and activites.
• Child Porn and the related.
• Portscanning / vulnerablity scanning.
• Malicious Activity hosting.
• Activites thatcan blacklist the ip.
• Carding / Fraud Activites.

In case of breach of TOS we can terminate your service without any further notice.
In extreme cases your account may also be suspended with any other active services hosted with us.
